However, the few days I did use it - there was no weird aftertaste and it worked well to keep me regular. Capsules are easy to swallow. Just make sure you check with your Dr or pharmacist regarding any potential interactions with medications.

It does require a lot of capsules to be taken throughout the day, so I personally wish it was stronger doses, and less pills. Waiting to see results for already.
