I’m usually a big fan of City CHIC DRESSES, but this one was not attractive on me. I do not care for the neckline. If it were more of the shoulder I would have kept it. The fabric is nice and the color and print is beautiful in my opinion. The neckline just felt very heavy and just to much fabric.
