Running on an enclosed motor engineered for low-decibel output, this 20 in vibration plate delivers ten speed levels without disrupting household conversation or neighboring units. The platform supports exercises ranging from standing balance holds to floor-level core work, and the silicone tread pattern grips bare feet and athletic shoes equally well. A wireless remote control lets you manage speed and power from any position, and the four suction-cup feet prevent the unit from creeping across surfaces.

The quality of the vibration plate was disappointing. The vibration was uneven and felt weak, and the overall construction did not feel as durable or well-made as expected. Given the price, I expected much better quality and performance.
