Jessica Howard Women's Puff Short-Sleeve Drop Waist Shirt Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress was not very flattering on me. It fit well but it was an awkward length and seemed like there were so many things going on and it didn't work well in my opinion. The puffy sleeves, the collar, the button down, the drop waist with tie, the pleated skirt, the eyelets on the bottom hem.... It's a lot going on!!! And just didn't work well together. It somehow made me look like I was wearing a maid costume. I was also a bit disappointed in the quality. This dress wasn't lined and was stiff, the fabric didn't have much give so it was uncomfortable. I did really love the color. I just wish it looked better on me!
