5 x Disappointed
I purchased 5 of the silver Alex & Ani sister bracelet online 3/31/2026. I wanted something special for my sisters whom I found during a genealogy search. We met on 4/13/2026 at which time I presented the gifts and we put them on together. I stopped wearing mine a month later because the back of the charm developed a bubble under the finish. It sounds like plastic when I press it. I am so disappointed, not to mention embarrassed at the thought of them experiencing the same thing. None reported a problem but I can’t imagine they would. I assume they wouldn’t want me to know. I would like a refund or replacements.
