VIVAIA Women's Margot Walker Mary Jane Lightweight Square-Toe Mary Janes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with how cute and comfortable the Margot Walker Mary Jane is. I'd been eyeing these shoes for months before finally deciding to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. That said, there are a couple of things worth mentioning. I'm used to shoes with a little more arch support than these provide. They do offer some support, but not quite enough for me. The good news is that the insoles are easy to remove, so adding a more supportive insert is a simple fix. I also hoped the padded heel and soft material would prevent rubbing behind my ankles. Unfortunately, after a long walk, I ended up with blisters on both heels. To be fair, this is a problem I have with many shoes, so I wasn't completely surprised. I just hoped these would be the exception because of the extra heel cushioning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. They're comfortable for everyday wear, look great, and with a better insole and a couple of Band-Aids for longer outings, they'll definitely stay in my rotation.

Unfortunately, after just a few wears they started to smell really bad, even though I don’t have this issue with any of my other shoes. I’ve tried washing them and get rid of the odor in several ways, but nothing worked, so I can’t even wear them anymore. For the price, that’s really disappointing.

They’re advertised to be comfortable for walking but I’ve worn them out for 3-4 days and I’m struggling to break into them. First the heel was rubbing in. Then the sides of my feet hurt after wearing them for a long time. I wore them out for a day and my feet hurt the next day. I think these work well for corporate settings where you aren’t going to be working frequently because they are comfortable. But once you walk, you might have issues. No returns if you’ve worn them out so I recommend trying them on at home on a treadmill if you plan to use them for walking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed there isn't any support at all , none on the ball of the foot so it's almost like being barefoot. Returned them, sadly.

The shoes are quite comfortable and I like it more than the average flat because I don’t feel every bump on the pavement in my shoes. However, my feet feel hot in these easily, which hasn’t been a problem even in sneakers and the side of the flat hit my ankle bone while I walked. It is a good shoe but it does come with these caveats.

Shoes run a little big but otherwise can be stiles with absolutely everything comfy to wear half a day (in office)

Just got back from a trip and walked 20k miles in one day with these shoes no issues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're very cute shoes, and I purchased them specifically for walking while traveling. I was disappointed to find the toe box isn't as roomy as I thought it would be, and no where in the reviews did it mention the shoes may squeak, which mine do. I was really counting on these shoes for travel, and I'm very disappointed they don't live up to the many reviews I read prior to purchasing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very finicky feet so it’s hard to find shoes other than sneakers that feel good on them. These are such a great shoe. I wear them to work as a dressy shoe. They don’t rub or cause blisters. I ordered my normal size and thought they were going to be too big however as another reviewer said, I tightened the strap and they were perfect.

I measured my feet and followed the size chart. Success! Perfect fit and comfortable. I’m providing music for an outdoor wedding and no longer have to worry about carrying my stuff across a lawn in heels! Thank you! These shoes are beautiful, feminine, and functional!
