These two tone pants are high waisted. I bought size 12. I am 5 5. 160. 35 inch waist. Apple shaped is my problem. But having a shorter waist makes them look to baggy in the crotch area. They are too high waisted for my body. I figured I would have to hem them. But they are about 8 inches to long. So I will be returning. But if you have a longer torso these would look great.
