Quick Adjustments High Quality at a fair price

I’ve tried two different arm twisters before, and this Flybird model is by far the best. It features effortless resistance adjustment and flexible handles with multiple length settings. I set the handles to the shortest position for maximum tension, and the build feels incredibly solid and sturdy. I’ve stuck to a daily routine of 200 reps for half a month, and the results are amazing — my arm and upper body muscles now have clear, defined lines. With diverse resistance levels, it works perfectly for people of all fitness levels. This has definitely become my go-to workout gear!
