Great Gym!
The seller and customer support are amazing! the instructions are clear, and the video is helpful to double check. I assembled it by myself in about 5 hours. was worried I was too tall for the machine, but I fit well in it. Only my legs are too short for the leg exercises

Nicest gym i ever owned
Took 2 of us 6 hours to fully build it. Had questions for seller n got reply back which is a bonus. I also love the fact that you can add your own weights, because it holds more than the others & you can also add or take off 2½ lbs at a time instead of 10. I also like the space you get for the weights to travel up & down. I believe it has 9 more inches of space compared to the ones that come with 150lbs. Its not good. I just use dumbbells or a curl bar when i want to use the curl pad or curl from the front while standing. I recommend this gym if you want a decent workout at home.

This machine was very easy to put togeather I just layed everything out The screws and bolts washers were all in cardboard and labeled with steps and quantities. My only complaints are the handles for doing chest press are too long so when your doing butterfly press if your a big guy like me the handles rub against my chest, the leg press is really close so a big guy like me has to struggle to get my legs to my chest to actually use the leg press and this is a huge reason for picking this gym was for the leg press there isn't an adjustment to bring the seat back or forward, this would help.

Packaging of set outstanding. offering numerous different workouts. I am very pleased with the gym set. Con. Written directions a little lacking, explosive views needed during some steps. Provided video an absolute need for assembly.

Biggest bang for the buck,
I'm 5. it's the right size for me. that may change your opinion. I use leg press at max 150 and wish there was more. Could use 1 leg but machine probably wouldn't like it. Cannot press the whole stack. Buy a 2 ft rope to go with pulleys. Variations will be substantial.

Great buy for the price.
Rogue doesn't have a fly/chest press machine so trying to find a decent one was a must. Only took a couple of hours to build. Fully recommend this product

Works great!
We decided to use our gym membership fee to buy this home gym. It is so versatile! it's great to be able to stay home in the evenings and get a quick workout in! It's very sturdy, we have it in our basement on a concrete floor. It took my husband about 3 hours to assemble it. It looks great & has been able to handle all my different workouts. 100% recommend this product!
