Looking forward to use product but it never charged or worked.

It Works
I have give this little machine 5 stars. It cuts so well. I have a small patch of grass that it does a fine job. Unfortunately it broke down after three weeks —maybe two— of use. I’m crying. Loved it so much I ordered another one.
