Not one of Whistle's Best - do not recommend this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric has intential nubs on it, which makes it feel weird. Almost cheap. It's a "fussy' dress, with the lining and cape sleeves. Not easy to get in an out of. The high/low hem does not add to the look. I am a Whistles fan but this dress is not one of its best.
