When mixed with water, the drink turns noticeably cloudy, which isn’t the most appealing visually. The flavor has a mild berry note, and it leans on the sweeter side, making it easier to drink than some other earthier greens powders. It is not an unpleasant flavor, just not something I would reach for daily. I did not notice any bloating from it or any help with bloat. It did not affect my energy or mood, but again, I did not enjoy it personally and potentially did not get all the expected benefits.

When I first opened the seal, I was put off by the smell and thought there was no way it was going to taste good, but after blending with soy milk and ice, I was pleasantly surprised.. it was really good! The berry flavor comes through and it is delicious. With alk the nutrients packed into this powder, I see it becoming one of the healthiest habits I have. I'll definitely repurchase. 10 stars!!!

So when I was able to try this I was very happy because it fulfills a requirement of veggies and fruits where I know I’m lacking. It was very easy to use and didn’t smell or taste bad. The jar is a good size and I still have some so I know it is good price for what you get. It mixed in really well with a variety of things. I did water. But also juice and Gatorade. I think the cranberry raspberry juice was the best tasting. Overall very satisfied!!

I’ve tried other greens a the taste has been unbearable, but this taste good and can be mixed with water or milk easily. With one scoop a day, you’ll definitely notice differences in your gut health. The powder doesn’t dissolve even with hot water. I don’t feel any difference after prolonged used. Bowel movements are the same. I haven’t felt any negative effects either.
