Works great for hot summer
We bought it for our garage. My husband works out there. The cooler works great after adding ice water in. And it moves smoothly with wheels. The noise level is acceptable.

This home air cooler uses evaporative cooling technology, employing a water pump to deliver chilled water to a damp paper curtain, where a rotating fan blows out cool, humid air, effectively reducing ambient temperature and dryness. It comes with two ice boxes placing frozen ice in the water tank further lowers the water temperature and enhances the cooling effect. It features three adjustable fan speeds, automatic oscillation at approximately 60 degrees Celsius, a maximum airflow of 1,177 CFM, and a delivery distance of approximately 28 feet, covering an area of approximately 215 to 323 square feet. The large 2.6-gallon water tank allows for extended operation on a single fill. It supports 1/2/4-hour timer settings, is lightweight at only 11 pounds, and is equipped with casters and a built-in handle for easy movement in bedrooms, offices, dormitories, or RVs.

Easy to Use and Practical
This is one of the best options for summer. And if you have a baby, it’s even better; my baby used to sweat a lot at night, and this has really helped. It works with water and ice, but if you just want to use it as a fan, you can use it without ice—just don't turn on the cooling mode.
