Beautiful dress!

I would say this dress runs true to size. I bought a size 10. I weigh 155 lbs, 37.5” bust, 31” waist, 40.5” hips. The dress fit perfectly, but I did need to have it hemmed about two inches, even with 3” heels. The off the shoulder design is quite secure thanks to strips of silicone. I have no concern of it falling down. The rosette was a bit large for my taste, but I was able to have my tailor tuck two up layers under the bust line to make or smaller. The fabric is scuba, but not heavy. Very flattering silhouette.
