Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 Casual Sneakers from Finish Line

This new Omni 9 sneaker appears to be based on the original Omni 9 which was a stablity sneaker for overpronators. But it seems to be missing the most fundamental thing on the Omni 9 which giave it the stability and that is the medial post in in the foam below the arch of the foot. This keeps the foot stable and from collapsing in that direction. Because of this, to me this new version feels more like a neutral shoe with little support. I found it uncomfortable and cannot use it.

Great pair of very comfortable and stylish sneakers. I'm getting a few compliments on their unique design aesthetics. Shoes have just the right amount of cushioning, not too (cushy) soft and not too hard. Also a very supportive and stable walking shoe. Shoes are extremely breathable and therefore great for days touring.
