The lamps look nice in the area I bought them for, so I'm pleased with that. I bought these in particular because it's described as a metal base. Unfortunately only the cage part is metal - the rest, besides the marble ball is probably resin. I dislike this plastic based material, so that was a big disappointment.

I had it out of the box and on my end table in a flash! So easy. This lamp is of high quality and elegant looking. I am very happy with my purchase

Picture does not do it justice, it’s much nicer in person because of marble accent. The tone of the shade is a beautiful beige though it looks lighter in the picture. Can’t beat the price.
