[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this dress for a formal wedding in the fall. The detailing was absolutely stunning. I did end up returning because the weight of the dress wasn't suitable for dancing, but wish I had an occasion to keep it for. Dress quality across designers has drastically declined, but this was definitely a quality piece.
I purchased this for my 50th birthday party. It was not at all what I thought I wanted (colorful, knee-length) but I fell in love with it. I am 5'2" and this actually fits me perfectly as an ankle length gown, which is probably a bit extra for the event, but once I tried it on, I decided I didn't care. I am short and curvy, and the AI sizer suggested a 12, which is what I bought. It has a little wiggle room (so I can eat something!), and I need additional support up top, but is otherwise a comfortable fit.
