Order not received

Since this is from an outside vendor, Macy’s requires interaction with the vendor for this order that I have not received. Macy’s tracking says the item was delivered to my mailbox and it’s not there. I must now wait to be contacted by the seller and then call Macy’s back to start a refund. I will not order from Macy’s outside sellers again. This was unexpected.
