I then apply this weekend warrior on top. I don’t see much “plumping”, but it does give a really nice primer to allow my foundation to lay nicely. I am very happy with the feel and look of this product, but I wish I didn’t have to supplement with additional moisturizer and wish there was a more dramatic “plumping” effect.
