I have a narrow heel and usually slip out of most dress shoes. These fit perfect and the strap keeps my heel in place. They are very comfortable. I love the way they look with dress pants skirts or jeans. Great price too.

I returned it for a 91/2 but haven't gotten new ones with a medium width ten was too big and wide wasn't good.
I love these shoes. They fit perfectly, are very comfortable and easy to slip on and go great with my work pants. The strap doesn't cut into my foot and the back of the shoes are comfy around my heels. The soles are not slippery and are not stiff at all. I wish they came in navy blue... I'm thinking of buying a second pair just to save in my closet in case they are ever discontinued.
