Rugged and deliberately overbuilt, this stand gives a heavy bag somewhere to hang that is not a ceiling joist. The frame absorbs a combination without walking across the floor, and the bar overhead turns the same square of garage into a pulling station. Two pieces of equipment occupy the footprint of one, which is the whole argument for it.
