Love this product, I’ve been buying it for years. I’m in my 60s and I love how this fills in my eyebrows. There are quite a few shade options and the application process is easy and it stays put throughout the day. I definitely recommend this product.

I love these brow pencils (and I highly recommend them - 5 stars!) so this is not about them. I have been a Macy's platinum customer for years with most of my purchases being online for the past 8+ years as I no longer live near a Macy's. Lately, I am either not getting shipments at all or they are several days delayed. I am not sure what is going on with their systems or processes, but this is very disappointing. I am considering finding a new department store chain after all these years (at least for makeup, which seems to be the biggest issue) because I don't feel like I can trust whether something I ordered will arrive on time or at all (and you don't want to see this mug without some makeup!) Macy's has handled the missing shipments appropriately, which I do appreciate.

The Benefit precision brow pencil is the best one I have used as a Stylist. I find it’s the most long lasting and definitely detailed pencil. Easy to sketch if you’re looking for more true brows to look natural. Great colors and I never breaks as other pencils have done.

I have been using the brow pencil for years and now it is very difficult to get colour on my brows. Also it breaks more frequently. The manner in which I use it on my brows has stayed the same but something about the pencil has changed unfortunately.
