[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve never take any probiotic supplements before, but have been wanting to try some as I’ve been having some stomach issues that have come about in my late 20s. I decided to try these for a week before giving my review, and I am quite satisfied so far. The dosage is 2 medium pills a day - I take them in the evening before bed. I haven’t had any stomach issues at all so far. I think my bloating has also gone down a little after eating as well. I would continue to take probiotics.

The fact that it is a prebiotic, probiotic, and postbiotic is an added advantage. Upon opening the container, there is a slight odor, but the probiotic itself is tasteless. The packaging is very appealing, and I commend the design. The bottle is of standard size, containing 60 capsules. Would recommend this product!
