Youtheory Liposomal Glutathione with Resveritrol, Vegetarian, 90 Count, Promotes Healthy Aging from Within

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried this product now for just over three weeks and can honestly say I genuinely feel and look healthier and my immunity has been superb. I have felt better and avoided sickness, which is often times rare because I have two very young children in school. Also, my focus and energy have been much higher than before. I look forward to continue taking this product I take two pills per day and have had zero side effects afterwards.

It was a snap to open and had a wide mouth for easy dispensing as well as a low profile for convenient storage. The ingredients were simple and clean. They are in the form of a gel coated capsule and swallowable without difficulty or nasty aftertaste. I was So happy with this product. I am in perimenopause and this product was wonderful for the brain fog I’ve been experiencing. It made me feel sharper and improved my memory. Will MOST DEFINITELY be making this part of my forever supplement routine. I would HIGHLY recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to be so honest- I have issues remembering to take pills anyways so consistency was probably going to be affected but THESE SMELL HORRID so I stopped even trying to take them! The capsules are rather large too so they're not the easiest supplement. I'm a CPhT, so I deal with medication every day and I've never smelled a capsule so disgusting. I am on a few other medications but there was no drug or disease interaction with this supplement, so that's a plus. I did not notice any changes in my mood, sleep or any marked symptoms but keep in mind I did not follow a strict adherence to taking these so I'm not sure if they had a chance to do anything. Supplements are very hit or miss anyways. As for the packaging, the giant square bottle is not only a waste of plastic, it's not the easiest to open (especially for those of us with chronic conditions) I don't see the value in them for me and won't repurchase... But talk to a healthcare provider if you think these would be good for you!

I keep the bottle right on my desk at work, which makes it easy to remember and has helped me stay consistent with taking it every day. I started with one capsule daily, but once my kids went back to school—and inevitably started bringing home all the usual school germs—I increased to two capsules per day. Since then, I haven’t been getting sick as often, and it genuinely seems to be supporting my immune system. As a Naturopathic doctor, I understand the importance of Glutathione and have taken and recommended many different brands over the years. I always try to use liposomal given its absorbability and appreciate that this one is made from sunflower phosphatidylcholine rather than Soy and includes resveratrol from Knotweed and Taurine. Overall, this has become an easy, convenient supplement to keep at work. The caps are easy to swallow and I plan to continue using it—especially during the school year. The only downside for me is the Proposition 65 warning. I understand that this warning is related to California labeling requirements for potential exposure to listed chemicals and can appear on products sold in California regardless of where they are made. While I would prefer to see product-specific contaminant testing, I appreciate that the company includes the disclosure rather than leaving consumers unaware. They’re easy to swallow, don’t taste bad, and haven’t made me nauseated. The directions say to take one daily for antioxidant support and two for immune support. They contain clinically studied ingredients, and are dairy, soy, and gluten free. They contain liposomal glutathione with resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant blend that helps shield against oxidative stress, as well as taurine. Working in health care and around sick people constantly, I’ve felt healthier overall and haven’t been as sick as I normally would be this time of year. A couple of days I took two for extra immune support when I felt like I was getting sick, and I stayed well! Overall, they’ve been a solid addition to my daily routine and I plan to continue taking them and recommending them to my patients, family, and friends. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking this supplement on and off over the last 30 days. The pills are the large sized capsules, but nothing too crazy to swallow. I take one before bed, as I my research told me that there’s a chance it could upset your tummy. And it did, only mildly the next morning the first few times I took it. I have noticed an improvement in my body overall and inflammation (I have trouble with this living with an autoimmune disease) and my body takes a bit less time to recover. However, the change has been very subtle and I haven’t been as diligent as I’d like to get the most out of this experience! I’m optimistic that taking it every day will improve your overall wellbeing and reduce inflammation!

I learned that this supplement, liposomal glutathione, absorbs better in the body because it have protective coatings that help it actually digest well. Another great benefit is that you only need one capsule a day! So far I’m enjoying this and the benefits seem to be more regulated energy.
