The only thing that has ended my hot flashes!!
Love this product. I take it once every morning on an empty stomach. I can't imagine being without it. My hot flashes completely disappear when I'm on it.

Huge bottle about 1/2 full
Not sure if it works or not - in the first few months off using. I wish they had a more appropriately sized bottle tho

Great energy levels
Shilajit has been a great boost for my energy and focus. I feel more alert throughout the day, and it's helped me stay motivated without the crash I'd get from coffee. It's natural, easy to take, and I've noticed I recover faster after long days.

Hello I was trying this Shilajit energy boost has a good taste guess it worked a little didn't have crash like other energy drinks guess you have to have a lot of these capsules to take for full energy boost
