DKNY Women's Long-Sleeve V-Neck Pleated Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DKNY dress is perfect for the upcoming winter holidays. It has a nice heavy weight to it and would definitely keep you warm on a chilly night. The long sleeves hit right at the wrist and the neckline is very flattering. The material is polyester and spandex, making it both comfortable and forgiving. This dress does say to dry clean it so I would avoid washing it in the washer. The pleats are fun and flirty, but the dress itself is slightly long on us petite gals. The dress feels premium and well made. Zipper is sturdy and zips smoothly. The belt is a nice accent to the dress but feels sort of “plasticy”. Overall, nice quality, drape, and feel. Looking forward to wearing it to some Christmas events I have planned.

The pleats seemed to his right at the widest part of my hips and really didn’t do me any favors. If you have a more narrow body type, this would be an excellent option for the office or a cocktail party. The shoulders did have a bit of a pad, which might be overwhelming for petites.

It’s extremely comfortable, with a perfectly pleasant fabric. The style is elegant and easy to iron, though it doesn’t actually require ironing. I really like the town-inspired design; it’s similar to a screw England skirt style, which feels very light. You won't feel overdressed wearing it, as it maintains a wrinkle-free appearance even after being in luggage.

My only issue is that I am on the larger end of size 12 and the belt barely clap together. I feel like I needed just a little bit more room with the belt. Another thing I was not too happy with was the material was very hot. I overheated and got a little sweaty very quickly thank goodness this was a s short dress. It is pretty and flattering the shoulders. Have a poo on it that I’m usually not a fan of that didn’t look too bad on me like I said this is how I have the better dresses. I’ve tried with my shape in a very long time which red color definitely can fill the quality.

The material is thick so perfect for those winter times. It is not see through its super protective and makes you feel comfortable .

Since it’s made of polyester, the quality isn’t the best , but for polyester, it actually looks pretty good. The length is great for anyone who doesn’t like short dresses. It runs true to size, although I ordered the wrong size and it was too big on me. It’s not really my style, but if you like simple, elegant and more modest looks , this dress would be a great choice.

Unfortunately the style wasn’t exactly what I was looking for and it was a little oversized and long in some spots if you’re petite.
