Did not meet expectations
I was excited to try your pillow. I purchased. one of your more expensive pillows. I was very disappointed. I don’t want to sleep on a soft rock. I would like a more softness experience. My neck has hurt trying to sleep on that pillow and has caused headaches. I was also very disappointed that a return needs to be paid for by the Customer.

Not Comfortble
It is made with quality but the pillow itself is very hard. One side is ever so slightly softer than the other but not by much. I plan to retur it.

Say goodbye to neck pain!
I never thought I would pay this much for a pillow. I have purchased sheets, towels and sleep wear from Cariloha, I have been 100% satisfied with everything I purchased. I’ve been desperate for a comfortable pillow. I took a chance and it worked out better than I expected. I sleep on the soft side of the pillow. The firm side helps the pillow keep its fluffiness. No more pillows that start out fluffy and end up flat. I don’t have neck pain anymore. I get a wonderful night sleep. This pillow is worth its weight in gold.
