This is your perfect 7" Cuisinart Saute pan.
This is the perfect 7" non-stick saute pan. I own two. The sides are steeper so as you move food around they stay on the hot surface. The weight is appropriate for the size of the pan. The construction is solid and allows for quick heating and heat retention. You don't need to cook on high heat either.
