Please don’t ever change the formula of this cleanser! This is the only product I’ve found in years that doesn’t break me out and actually cleared up my acne! I received it in a PR package a few years ago and haven’t gone back to any other cleansers since! 10/10 I will always spend the extra money for this. My face always feels super soft and combined with the ultra cream has just been a game changer! Love this stuff.

Truly excellent product. Non-drying. I do not use with water rinse; tissue off. Then either Super Multi-Corrective Cream or Midnight Recovery Concentrate. Love it.

Had it for one use. It fell in the shower and the packaging completely broke. All the product was wasted. Seemed nice, but cheap packaging that fell apart. Really disappointed.

Fantastic emulsifier and clean face oil wash!!! I feel like I have had a spa facial after using… two pumps does the trick!

This is great for melting makeup and spf. I use it once or twice a week to double cleanse and prep my skin for exfoliation. The oil makes it easy to gently dissolve pigment and spf without overly drying the skin. Also the lavender is so soothing to smell.

Okay, this product surprised me. I’ve been using Kiehl’s products for over 30 years, usually I buy the same products continuously. I decided at my last Kiehl’s Sales haul to give this one a try. It’s gentle and yet so affective on taking makeup off. I was surprise how well it works to take makeup off—yet not come off greasy or oily, just luxurious and softness. I couldn’t ask for a better facial skincare product. So worth the value. Please don’t EVER discontinue this product or else I wouldn’t know what to replace it with. Thank you!

Having tried many makeup removers, I favor Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil because it is the most effective at removing eyeliner and lipstick while it is also lightweight and rinses off easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lavender scent is super relaxing at night. It feels silky, not greasy, and rinses perfectly clean. My skin feels soft and hydrated, never tight after double cleansing.
