Shiseido Eyelash Curler Pad

I bought a new eyelash curler now stocking up on pads. Replacement pads are difficult to find.

I wasn’t even aware that I needed to change my lash curler pad but when my Shiseido Eyelash Curler pad stated to break I needed a new one. I looked online and Macy's was the only place that had them for pickup same day. Not only that but it was cheaper than Sephora and Ulta! Macy’s will be my new favorite spot for picking beauty products. Bonus- it comes with two!

The eyelash curler by Shiseido effortlessly curls my eyelashes. This is like unlike any other eyelash curler I have tried and it is very good quality I know will last for years. It does not clamp on my eyelashes and cause pain and the beautiful curl lasts all day.

This was my first Macy's order, and it went badly. The package arrived with completely different products inside, none of what I ordered, and the free gift that was supposed to come with it never showed up. I tried to get it fixed, but the web chat didn't work, there's no email for support, and I sat on hold for 15 minutes without reaching anyone from tech support. The only thing Macy's offers is to mail everything back at my own expense, to fix a mistake that was theirs. So I'm out the money and never got what I paid for. I wouldn't recommend ordering until they fix how they handle this.
