I would like to thank Venus for her outstanding customer service! Her patience and kindness and efficiency were amazing! I give her 10 stars!!! Thank you Venus for helping me with my order!!
We have two other Analon saucepans with non-stick that work great however, this stainless-steel pot is only 30 days old and shows spotting from boiling water. That is all we use it for - boiling water! No way to remove the spots with the recommendations included. We will be returning this item.
I returned this stockpot within an hour of receiving it. The pot arrived covered in water spots and what appeared to be rust spots on the inside bottom. The copper on the bottom of the pot was discolored, as if it had been left on high heat too long. Since when has Macy's become a second-hand store?
It is difficult to clean off the food stain inside the pot. The material has metal stain when I wipe the inside wall of the pot. The color of the food, especially the food juice color such as vegetable soup look dark, not fresh. I wonder what cause such the situations! Is it due to some chemical reactions between food and the stainless steel pot?
I purchased this last week online received it on Friday. Washed it by hand, filling it with water. Let it boil once the water has boiled. I removed it from the heat to find rusting inside the pot that wasn’t there before I boiled the water. I tried cleaning it scrubbing it. They did not remove pictures are attached.
A great pan! I do all my cooking with it!
Heating time with this pot half full with water is as long as a cuisinart multiply half full. Maybe this is not meant for induction? The wall is a lot thinner than All-clad. Thought I could live with that since I would only use for stocks. But then after I washed it by hand, I found two small rusted spots near the bottom. I must say externally, this pot is as pretty as All-clad copper core. But other than that, it’s not worth the money, especially with the rust.
Very nice, thick bottom, delivery was fast. Price was good!
I purchased this pan to go with a set I purchased earlier. After researching what would be the best pans to use on my new glass cooktop I found Analon to offer the best choice for me. I chose these pans over many more expensive brands due to the quality and easy to grasp handles! There are no negatives about these pans. Love them and they are beautiful!!
