The description said it was an adjustable sharpener, it is not in any fashion adjustable. I received a basic cheap clear sharpener certainly not what I was charged. Didn't even have the logo. It is more like a disposable sharpener. The kicker, "This item purchased online must be returned to the vendor by mail only. This item cannot be returned to Macy's stores." Do not bother you won't get what you ordered.
