I did not want these. I wanted another pair but no matter what I did I was told there was nothing I can do but I had just ordered it so they could’ve totally fixed it and no one helped so I’m not going to be a Macy’s customer any longer I’ll shop at Dillards if this is how I get treated. Because now I have a pair of earrings I have to go and spend more money to return ridiculous. Unacceptable. Unprofessional bad business.
