Bad customer service
Bracelet was lovely but I canceled this order and the customer service rep couldn’t do their job bc the bracelet was never canceled and still shipped to me. Get better customer service. Bring call center back over the states.

Elegant
I've had this bracelet for over 3-4 years not and I'm VERY happy with it. I've seen some negative comments (stones falling out, tacky)...I can't disagree more. What are you doing to have the stones fall out? Tacky? How?!! the Goldtone is so much nicer. I absolutely love this bracelet/bangle.
