Elegantly detailed, very feminine teacup.I enjoy it with my favorite cuppa.

It never fails; I always receive something broken when I order Lenox Items from Macys. The fact that something is always broken is why I am giving this 1 star. The packaging was horrible, more than one item was shattered. They are sending a replacement, which hopefully is not broken when I get it. I think they should have issued me a full refund and sent me a replacement to make up for the broken items. Give a customer guarantee and ensure customer satisfaction. That would be good customer service. This maybe the last time I shop at Macy's. The quality of items, and Customer Service has really declined, this not the Macy's I grew with.

I picked up four cup and saucer sets from Macy’s, expecting them to be in their original packaging. Instead, they were handed to me wrapped in bubble wrap—no boxes, no presentation, just loose items. To make matters worse, they were visibly dirty, which was really surprising coming from a store like Macy’s. I was hoping for something elegant and ready to gift, but this felt more like a warehouse clearance. Definitely not the experience I anticipated.

Macy's had the nerve to ship me two of these Lenox cup and saucers without the original boxes! I have purchased other dishes in this collection and arrived in their original boxes. Very tacky and cheap!!!!

Does Lenox give Macy’s irregular items to sell? I purchased this cup from Macy’s and 3 others from Lenox. The Lenox ones sit perfectly flat (they are all different patterns). This pattern that I purchased from Macy’s wobbles back and forth on any flat surface. The bottom of the cup is not Flat. The second star is for how pretty the set is.

You can’t go worst with Lenox.
