Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron 5.25-Quart Rectangular Roaster

I love my ever growing collection. Heirloom quality. Superb cooking and baking.

I purchased the roaster as a gift for my son. I always wanted one and would have used it a lot. But now I really don’t need one. I have many pieces of Le Creuset and love them all. They are easy to cook with…no hot spots, food stays moist and works great in the oven too. I highly recommend purchasing the roaster.

Heavier than i expected but it’s normal for this brand

Evenly heating the food, easily clean-up of the pot.

I honestly thought it would be a little bigger, but am overall happy with my purchase.

Love anything Le Cruset, I have the whole pink collection that came out a few years back. I have the Dutch over (3) and had to get theses.

I love being able to sear on the stovetop and then transfer to the oven for a great cooking time

I simply love the quality of Le Creuset, and this cast iron roaster is a must-have.
