Watch somehow looks more stunning in person than as displayed on both the Macy's and Bulova site. Cannot wait to share with my wife!!

The watch itself looks nice, but the way it was delivered was unacceptable for a new purchase. It arrived looking like an open-box or previously returned item. The watch was placed in a plastic bag, the box was separate, and the internal presentation was disorganized. There were no proper inserts or materials expected with a new product in this price range. This does not meet expectations for a “new” item, especially when purchased as a gift. Macy’s should ensure that customers receive items in proper, factory-like condition or clearly disclose if an item has been previously handled. Very disappointed with the packaging and overall experience.

I was expecting to receive the one in the pictures but what i received was a very small watch. So disappointed :-(

The dial is tiny. I would return but my wife will make the ultimate decision.

I followed this watch for over 3 months waiting for a sale. I was very exited when I finally ordered it. I wore the watch for 3 consecutive days, because I liked it so much, and received many compliments, however, at the end of day 3 when I was taking off to go to sleep, I noticed the right bottom corner had chipped. The glass is not strong enough.😕 I'm not sure how it happened, I work in an office, and I can't think how I banged it or hit it for the glass to chip. I'm still giving it 3 stars because the design is very elegant, and it is very well made, except for the glass. It needs to be redesign or better glass materials need to be used for it to be exceptional. I'll be returning the watch this afternoon! 😔

Nice looking watch. Wish it were smaller and more of a ladies’ dress watch—maybe two-thirds its current size. Also wish I could find it and others in white gold. So tired of stainless look. They still offer yellow gold so bring back offerings in white gold.
