I’m hopeful this baking dish will last for years. Just like my other Le Creuset cookware. The fact I can use on a 500 degree oven sold me! I have tossed at least three ceramic/stoneware baking dishes in the past three years. Cracks, chips, broken handles after several uses. This dish is a keeper!

I absolutely love this baking dish. I use it to make baked egg omelets for my toddler, and it works wonderfully. The eggs don't stick to the bottom, so they come out easily and cleanup is really simple. It is great quality and feels very sturdy. I like that the interior is virtually non-stick and designed to release food easily, which has definitely been my experience when making eggs.
I was very excited to receive this lovely baking dish. Unfortunately, after a couple of successful uses, this dish split completely in half while baking chicken breasts at 375F. Incredibly disappointing. Especially for such an item known for its quality, life long use, and listed as safe for up to 500F. Thankfully, Macy’s issued a refund for defective product.
This pan cooks well, is nonstick and easy to clean

This is made well I bake Witt this often. It is very heavy and cleans well after using. I have not noticed it staining. If us of quality expected with the Le crueset line up. I recommend
