Never received item
Product never arrived and Macys gave me the runaround when I called to cancel and request a refund. Then, after a couple of phone conversations, I was told yet again, the original payment method would be refunded. They tried to send me a e-gift card. I would not purchase from Macys online due to issues with their returns.
