John Boos Chop-N-Slice 12x8x1 Cutting Board

This cutting board malformed after just sitting a damp sink. I did not even wash it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the 16” cutting board is perfect for cutting multiple veggies or some poultry. The thickness shows how durable it is and it’s easy to store. The wood is so pretty. Maintenance is a lot though with having to oil it once a month.

It has a good weight to it, but is light enough that it’s easy to maneuver around the kitchen. I plan to use this mainly for slicing bread, but I can also see myself using it display snacks when I have people over. I would definitely recommend, and will be looking at additional products from this brand as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This John Boos maple cutting board is absolutely stunning! When it came in the mail the package was so heavy. It is made of quality and beautiful maple wood. It is the perfect size cutting board.

Board split in half after two month of use. I treated as recommended and followed the treatment instructions before use and also followed the cleaning recommendations and after just two months, it split in half. Considering the brand, I expected it to last a lifetime.

Score! THIS is as hoped - a perfect, small side - bar friendly - cutting board. And, the manufacturer included helpful care of instructions - cool!
