Bought to use on new induction range. High quality. Sturdy. Still experimenting with this cookware. Only complaint is that 3quart saucier or sauté pan is if little utility to me and would have preferred the set to include a 4 quart pan with lid

I bought it to heat my almond milk for my morning matcha. I chose this since it had a curved edge that looked great for pouring. But it drips down the side and makes a mess. Very disappointed.
A very good workaday sauté pan. Pretty heavy but good heat conduction. Got the 5quart for the big jobs. Worth the price to me.
These pans heat up so quickly and do exactly what I expect them to. The results are excellent and they are easy to clean. Can't wait to keep cooking with them!
