i tried to exchange or return it but I didn’t find contact information. i have pictures of them. 3 of knives handle so scrached and not sharpie. like just regular knives or old old. i think someone used and return it. Im so unhappy with them 😡
Was given a used set. All scratched up, clearly sharpened previously. One of the knifes we completely bent. Returned right away.
Gave as a gift. Value was good. Knives were lighter than expected. Time will tell their durability.
These are great, they are lightweight so they appear like they are of cheap quality due to how light it is because I have other German ZW i l l i n g knife and it's much heavier also more expensive ones have metal bolster transitioning into the handle but not on these knives handles look pretty cheap even though it has three rivets. I guess for kitchen having the light knife is an advantage time will tell
The knives came shipped in a box with no padding and only hard plastic sheaths to protect the blades. All of the knives came with some degree of scratching at the handle, and one knife seemed to already have a dull blade.
