I was sent a necklace that was damaged and missing a pearl. It wasn’t even loose in package, they just charged me for defective & probably recycled returned merch!! Not what I paid for!!
I did get the pillows but the necklace I ordered was not delivered even though it said it was. I don't know where else to request you look into this and make sure I get that necklace. Thank you

Very pretty and delicate, pairs nicely with some pearl earrings. Very classy and adorable piece and of really good quality.
The flower itself is smaller than it seems, the model photo somewhat suggests the size. If using the extender, it puts the flower off center and you have to adjust the chain which is beaded and it just doesn't look symmetric.
