I received 1 of 2 twin size mattress pads ordered. While I have not washed it yet, the pad is very nice. Substantial and fits well. However, I only received one and the box is labelled "1 of 1." I just spent 32 min and 44 seconds on the phone with Macy's Customer Support. I spoke with two agents, the first one for the majority of time. The first 5 to 7 min was spent establishing my current Macy's credit card number... It wasn't much better after that. The second person I spoke with told me the second mattress pad is in transit and will be delivered on Aug 5. These customer support people need to have better English language skills and better training. I am a very good Macy's customer and mean no disrespect here.
