London Fog has a known name, but this piece of luggage lasted about two trips. The top handle does not function and stay in place while rolling. Zipper are weak. I won't purchase this brand of luggage at any price.
Best piece of luggage I have ever bought!
We traveled from Chicago to Portland Maine for our daughter's wedding. I was worried about all of our formal attire making it without being terribly wrinkled. This garment bag was perfect! The ability to pull it with wheels made it super easy. I purchased 4 garment bags in total to compare the quality. I returned the other three as there was no comparison to the sturdiness and ease of pulling.
Package arrived damaged. Luggage was smashed and bent. Telescoping handle completely broke. Returned and reordered another because sale price was great. Hoping next one arrives in great condition.
The zippers don't work after the bag has been packed. The bag is awkward and difficult to handle. The bag doesn't roll well and the bag consistently falls over. I would not recommend purchasing it.
We used this once on our trip and on the way home to the airport, we realized the handle was broke off inside the bag. The return window was expired and the person(s) I spoke with at Macys didn’t have a solution to help. Doesn’t this product have a year warranty? It would be nice for someone to reach out to resolve this issue
I've been looking for a good deal on a replacement garment bag and this is perfect and a wonderful price too!
I used this bag for the first time this past week and it did not survive the airport luggage system. It’s not very durable considering it’s price. It tore at the bottom. I am disappointed.
