Very nice looking shoes and went with my dress so nicely. Wore them for a wedding, but got blisters and could hardly walk by the end of the night. Heel was perfect height, very sturdy. Wish they had been leather to give a bit.

I waited three weeks just to be told Macy’s lost my package in delivery, the item is no longer available, and I have to wait 10 days for the refund. Extremely disappointed with Macy’s.

I have a pair of MF black suede block heel pumps. I wear them so often and they are so comfortable and fashionable that I ordered another pair. I received them today but they are the Floor Sample! Really Macy’s?? You deliver what every person has tried on, put their smelly feet in and walked the floor in at the store!!? Incredibly disappointed! Simply say you don’t have my size but don’t send a visibly worn and dirty pair of shoes! Of course, these will be returned. I recommend the shoe (would give the shoe a 4) but not the poor customer service!

Firstly it was used, just so you know, next time pay attention or you could be honest and tell customer heo whats it , may be customer would say that it’s ok, or will refuse , secondly the high is not comfortable just need to get used to that.
