I ordered the Anne Klein Two-tone bracelet watch with rings because I have a tiny (5 1/2 inch) wrist, and I have to have links removed from every watch I use because the one-piece bracelets simply fall off. I was charged for shipping. Today a silver watch with four interchangeable solid bands arrived. It is much too large and simply falls off. I have now been charged on shipping again for the re-order and had to call the number AND get the help of Vishal online because the person whom I talked to at the help number failed to order the replacement watch for me. Both the watch I ordered (above) and the one I received share a common order number. I'm now understanding why Macy's stores are closing everywhere--ours left Winston-Salem a few years ago. Hoping and praying that a watch I can use arrives by Tuesday. The original watch was great for the dozen years I had it but the ordering experience has been a nightmare. Since I am not a Macy's Rewards user (obviously!), I am penalized.

I bought this watch to replace a similar one that I’ve had for many years. It goes with any outfit and occasion and also keeps me on time. Unfortunately I have problems with my thumb, I found it difficult to close the belt!

Really nice silver and gold tone watch. It is small so it isn't heavy on my wrist, but the numbers are easily readable. Quality purchase at a decent price.
