Betsy & Adam Plus Size Ruched Cape Dress

I purchased this garment online from Macy’s last week. It came to my home, terribly raggedy box the hanger on the dress, broken the dress with spots and dirt all upon it it was very terrible. I took pictures. The second dress came hanger, not broken, but the hymn of the dress is all trimmed in black. I have never experienced any kind of disgrace like this before I have been with Macy for years and I am very, very disappointed. I definitely took it back when the sales lady saw. They said they had to damage it out. It was that bad now I can’t find the dress anywhere and the dress look nice on me. I will purchase again if I could find it I think now I would think twice by ordering anything online

I got this dress in white to wear for an all white event and to wear on an upcoming cruise. If very well and the material gives so movements are comfortable.

The dress is simply Gorgeous but I am short and the cape is to long in the back.

I have to say this dress really was a last minute, no options, it was fit and “all white” funeral for my brother. I just receive pickup notification a day prior to the funeral. The dress ran perfect to size and it was the “PERFECT” fit. However, the inner slip was off, and it was not crafted into the seam, which would have made the whole structure of the dress more uniformed and comfortable. I spent the ENTIRE day adjusting the inner slip to be in alignment with the seam. It was a headache. Sorry, I did not feel satisfied with this purchase and was very frustrated by how much time I spent trying to fix the slip. If you purchase this dress you will remember me forever. Lol
