I order this watch in plenty of time to get to me for a birthday gift! They sent it to the wrong place and now it’s lost! I never got the watch and yet it’s paid for. I called and 2 different people told me many different things. I have no idea when I will be receiving the item. I asked for a refund and was told I can call my bank. I will never order from Macy’s online again!!!
I never received the watch
My father loved his 83rd birthday gift. He wore his previous watch for many, many years. He deserved a new watch.
Bought the watch for my 19 year old son. He wanted a nice dress watch to wear. He really likes the watch and has worn it a couple of times.
Bought this online after looking at watches in person and picked it up in the local Macys store. It was a gift for my husband and he did like it a lot. However, when he took it to Macys store to have the links adjusted, they discovered that the time and date did not work. He ended up having it sent back to be repaired and it has taken over two weeks. If I had been with him, I would have insisted that Macys provide him with another, working watch. Very disappointed in Citizen's quality. I happen to have bought one of their watches a couple of years ago and love it but I, too, have begun to have issues with the date. I'm wondering if this is a quality control issue that has not been corrected at Citizen. I also wish that the Macy's sales clerk had suggested just replacing the watch with a new one.
