Good purchase but heavy to handle for me do took off a star!

Superior class a relief to cook and clean. Light in weight but tough and smooth material. No food sticking and easy to clean.

I purchased this item on January 15, 2016. I check the status on Feb. 3 and the message was it was processing. I checked again on Feb. 17th and it said it was delivered on January 16th. I have tried to contact stores by Chat, email and phone, including UPS, whose message said the did not receive the package. I am highly disappointed the customer service as I cannot get any information on the package I paid for.

Bought this pan a couple weeks ago and the pan cooks fine and nothing sticks, but the handle gets pretty warm and it's also narrow. It wants to spin in my hand when the food slides to one side when you pick it up.

Great Pan

I bought this pan locally and not even 60 days after purchase food started to stick and it progressively got worse. Not matter how much oil or butter I used. Ended up putting this in the closet pulling it out very rarely for purposes where the food has minimal contact. Even though its surface still looks new and I still end up having to fight to clean it if my spouse or teenage son uses it. I ended purchasing the exact same style pan from T-Fal and having zero issues with it.

This pan is excellent! I love it! Heats evenly, the nons tick surface works perfrectly and its a dream to clean up!

We have several GreenPan pots/pans but needed a larger, deeper fry pan. GreenPan offered us the Blue Diamond Classic 4.7L Sauté Pan, which did not look inspiring in the photo, but we reluctantly bought one. I'm glad we did. It's brilliant, not too heavy, easy to clean, and best of all, the non-stick coating is way better than anything we have used in the past. Best of all, it does not scratch with metal utensils. It really is tough, as advertised.

I bought this fry pan today and the glass lid SHATTERED when it was placed into the dishwasher.

I love this set. Unfortunately, I let someone use this pan and they managed to damage it, but I love it so much that I bought another! Awesome set!
